Check-In is required for all new first year and transfer students including residents and commuters. You will be cleared to begin classes and meet an Orientation Leader. Check-In will take approximately 30 minutes.
Family Welcome Room
While your student is completing Check-In, please stop by to pick up campus resources. Faculty, staff and current students will be on hand to answer your questions.
Residence Hall Move-In
Start moving your boxes, bags, and bundles, with help from the Move-In-team, into your new home away from home.
Volleyball/ Ultimate Frisbee/Swimming
Join in on a pickup game of sand volleyball, ultimate Frisbee or cool off at the pool!
Enjoy lunch with your family! We have several options on campus and in the surrounding area. Students eat free at Wynee’s Bistro with their FSC ID. Guest price is $8.50.

Explore out-of-classroom facets of commuter life on campus. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet other commuters and learn how to navigate your way around campus.

Meet your Resident Advisor (RA) at this mandatory meeting. Programming, community involvement, campus network connection, hall leadership opportunities, and building policies will be discussed. Attendance is required!
