Orientations consist of an introduction to the different pieces of equipment including how they work and how they can be adjusted to fit your personal goals. An orientation is a brief tour of the facility and equipment options in the exercise room. Walk-ins are welcome, but you can schedule an appointment. Orientations are 30 minutes in length and are free, so call 863.680.4146, or stop by the front desk to schedule your appointment.
