Our Healthy Lifestyle Coaches are ready to help you achieve your goals. Whatever your goals, a consultant will guide you with one-on-one sessions and a personalized training program absolutely FREE.
For students who desire one-on-one fitness advice, your first session begins with a Fitness Assessment that will detail your strengths and highlight areas for improvement. The results will be used to design an exercise program specific to your goals. “In addition, the Department of Wellness and Recreation Programs partners with the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionist to offer one-on-one nutritional coaching, along with providing nutrition education through workshops and small group training.”
Interested? Client packets can be obtained at HWC Front Desk, from the Fitness Staff in Weight Room, or a Fitness Coordinator. Sessions will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time for both client & trainer. You can schedule up to five workout sessions with your Personal Trainer who will educate, motivate, and encourage you to meet your personal goals.
