Miller Planetarium

In early 2000, the college received a generous donation of $500,000 from John and Eleanor Miller for the renovation of the badly eroded planetarium dome and purchase of a modern star projector. The renovation of the building started immediately and was done by fall of 2000. With the rest of the money we bought a Spitz 1024 star projector. The instrument is the most modern available in the market and is fully computerized and capable of doing a variety of shows available in the market.
