Celebrating 125 Years of Excellence

Internationally celebrated author and leadership consultant Dr. Stephen R. Covey will be inducted as Florida Southern College’s 2010 Honorary Chancellor at the Founders Day Convocation on March 18.

Dr. Covey is the best-selling author of The 7 Habits of Highly Successful People, The 8th Habit, The Leader in Me and, most recently, Predictable Results in Unpredictable Times.

The College’s 125th Anniversary Celebration and Founders Convocation is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. March 18 in Branscomb Auditorium. This special anniversary Convocation will be held in conjunction with Homecoming, March 18-21.

All alumni are invited to attend Dr. Covey’s lecture at no charge.

Thursday, March 18 - FOUNDERS DAY

9:30 am - Class of 1960 Welcome Breakfast and Convocation Procession
Members of the Golden Anniversary Class are invited to gather for a continental breakfast. Following breakfast, class members will don their academic robes and join the formal Founders Day processional in Branscomb Auditorium. Participants may register for Homecoming at this event.
