Denis Durkin’70

This alumnus was recently named among the top Florida attorneys
in construction law. As a partner with Baker & Hostetler, LLP,
Denis Durkin ’70 has been included in the prestigious Chambers
USA Guide: America’s Leading Business Lawyers. Practicing law
since 1977, Denis maintains a complex litigation practice
focusing on heavy construction projects for federal government
in which he advises general contractors in their bids for this
work and assists them with bid protests where necessary. Denis
and Rich Fulton ’70, partners at Baker & Hostetler LLP in
Orlando, Fla. have been once again named to Florida Trend
magazine’s “Legal Elite” list.
