The college experience is an exciting time of transition and self-discovery. It is an occasion for growth - personal, intellectual and social; a time when one's identity is shaped by the experience. It is also an opportunity to reflect on the deeper meaning of life and a chance to examine one's faith development.

 
As an institution of higher learning of the United Methodist Church, Florida Southern College is intentional about creating a college environment that not only engages students' minds, but also inspires students' souls. Through our variety of campus ministries, it is our goal to create an atmosphere of care and community where students can develop meaningful relationships as they explore their faith. Through worship, study, small group activities, and service opportunities students can identify a system of values that will

define their character as they practice the life of faith as citizens of the world. Participation in religious life isn't mandatory, but if you want to have a rich, growing, and energetic faith, Florida Southern is going to give you every opportunity.
