The Florida Southern College Preschool Lab will present a rotating art works display created by the children in the preschool lab program.  This exhibit will be near the Instructional Materials Collection (IMC) and Children’s Area on the second floor of the FSC Roux Library.

When the children work in the FSCPSL art center, they are encouraged to focus on the process of creation, imagination, and expression, as opposed to the finished product.

The display will exhibit collections of both two dimensional and three dimensional art work produced throughout the school year.  Families and their children, pre-service education students and other college students and faculty are encouraged to visit the library to enjoy the artwork.

Signage for the exhibits was produced by the Preschool Lab. Click the thumbnails for larger images.

The first exhibit was placed during October 2007, and featured works based on the "apple" theme.

The second exhibit was placed during December 2007, and features works based on a Christmas theme.

Special thanks to the students, teachers, and faculty of the Preschool Lab for sharing their work with the Florida Southern College community, and to Ashley A. Kuehl for developing exhibit graphics and this web page.
