Florida Southern College student receives Richard L. Chapman business scholarship

LAKELAND, Fla. (Aug. 8, 2005) — Florida Southern College student Nolan B. Bailey received the Richard L. Chapman Sigma Chi Fraternity Scholarship in Business.  A junior financial management major, Bailey is the son of Bryan Bailey of Winter Haven, Fla., and Molly Bailey of Lake Alfred, Fla.

Chapman is a 1994 FSC graduate and member of Sigma Chi. He earned his MBA at Stetson University. Currently the chief financial officer of Universal Development of Florida LLC, a land development firm in Stuart, Chapman established the scholarship to help business students in the Greek system who have financial needs.
