The Amadeus Trio performs at FSC’s Festival of Fine Arts
LAKELAND, Fla. (Oct. 27, 2005) — Florida Southern College presents American chamber ensemble The Amadeus Trio, Nov. 10 at 7:30 p.m. in Branscomb Auditorium, as part of its Festival of Fine Arts Series. A pre-concert lecture will be held in Anne MacGregor Jenkins Recital Hall at 6:30 p.m. Known worldwide for their superb artistry, pianist Marian Hahn, violinist Timothy Baker and cellist Jeffrey Solow usher in FSC’s Mozart 250th Anniversary Season. The precisely calibrated and eloquent playing of this chamber group inspired one “Washington Post” critic to comment, "The Amadeus Trio had many practically holding their breath so as not to miss one note in the torrent." Tickets are $25. FSC students are admitted free. Non-FSC students pay half price. For ticket information, please contact the Branscomb Auditorium box office at (863) 680-4296.
