Senior graphic art exhibition to go on display at Melvin Gallery

LAKELAND, Fla. (March 30, 2007) — Florida Southern College’s Department of Art and Art History presents its Senior Graphic Design Show in the Melvin Art Gallery beginning April 13 and running through April 30. The exhibit will include examples of both print and digital media. Tim Cox, Director of Creative Services for Publix and Allen Reed, Creative Director for Madden Corporate Services, are this year’s jurors. The Maris Ozolins Memorial Art Awards and the Graphic Design Award will be announced at 7:30 p.m. during the opening night reception on April 13.

The Melvin Art Gallery is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and during intermissions of most performances of the FSC Fine Arts Series. Admission is free. For more information, please contact the gallery at (863) 680-4743.
