Twenty-Six FSC Students Selected for "Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges"
LAKELAND, Fla. (Feb. 9, 2009) — The 2008-09 edition of "Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges" will include 26 students from Florida Southern College who have been named among the nations outstanding campus leaders. Campus nominating committees and editors of the annual directory have selected these students based on their academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities, and potential for continued success. "Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges" rewards and recognizes individual academic excellence on a national level. Once selected, a student is a lifetime member. Outstanding students have been honored in the annual directory since it was first published in 1934. Students named this year from Florida Southern College are as follows: Robyn B. Baker, a senior art major. She is the daughter of Richard Baker of Davenport, Fla., and Ruthanne Baker of Sandwich, Mass. Justin D. Bertsch, an accounting major. He is the son of Lonnie and Patricia Bertsch of Lakeland. Timothy D. Brown, a criminology major. He is the son of David and Barbara Brown of Pembroke Pines, Fla. Erin E. Conroy, an English major. She is the daughter of Bruce and Dianne Conroy of Tallahassee, Fla. Rachel A. Cook, a biology major. She is the daughter of Charles Cook and Angela Askew of Lakeland. Christopher W. Corbin, a religion and philosophy major. He is the son of Ivan and Debbie Corbin of DeLand, Fla. David C. Dill, a business administration major. He is the son of Brian and Barbara Dill of Lakeland. Margaret M. Drumm, a biology major. She is the daughter of Matthew and Michelle Drumm of Ellisville, Mo. Alexandra Gauthier, a communication major. She is the daughter of Roger and Elizabeth Gauthier of Freeport, Bahamas. Elissa A. Graeser, an English major. She is the daughter of David and Sharon Graeser of Ruskin, Fla. Kelly A. Higgins, a business administration major. She is the daughter of Mary Higgins of Port St. Lucie, Fla. Jennifer L. High, a psychology major.
