Do you often hear or read statements about the homeless that are, at best, misleading and often outrageous nonsense? Come learn the truth.

Wednesday, November 18

Panel Discussion: Whats Happening in the Recession
6 - 8 p.m. | President Dining Room, Thrift Bldg.
How much do you really know about the recession? A panel discussion about the current state of the economy and how it may affect those in poverty in the US will be presented.

Thursday, November 19

Locks of Love
6 p.m. | J-R Lobby
Locks of Love provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 18 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.

Box Out
6 p.m. | Bandshell

Live music, speakers on homelessness, and food.

Sleep Out 
10 p.m. - 6 a.m. | Bandshell

Lets come together for one night to raise awareness and donations for food programs. Free food, games, and prizes. Donation:$1 or two canned goods.

Day of Service Farm Workers' Ministries

Come and hang out with the men and women of Lighthouse Ministries and watch comedian Roy Wood, Jr.
