Florida Army National Guard Interactive Game Experience Exhibit Coming to Florida Southern
![]() Exhibit of Newest Electronic Games FREE For All Players The Florida Army National Guard Interactive Game Experience Exhibit, featuring the latest electronic games is coming to Florida Southern College on Thursday, November 12, 2009. The FREE Exhibit is open to all FSC students and electronic gamers in the Lakeland area from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. at the Bandshell located at Ingraham between McDonald & Lake Hollingsworth Drive. Over 30 of todays popular electronic games will be featured including:

The Exhibit includes 18 game ports with 19 and 42 HD flat screen monitors featuring Nintendo®Wii, PlayStation®3, and Xbox 360™ game consoles. Players can sign up to participate in Tekken 6, Guitar Hero 5 and UFC Undisputed tournaments which will run throughout the afternoon. There will be a maximum of 32 competitors in a single elimination match played on an Xbox 360 or PS3 with prizes awarded to all winners. The tournament will begin at 12 Noon and participants can sign up at the Exhibit beginning at 10:00am. Florida Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Commander, LTC David Peek said, "This exhibit is an avenue for our organization to bring a super-charged event to college campuses and provides information on the educational benefits, career advancement opportunities, and training skills we can offer potential applicants. We are looking for quality people to enlist or become officers within the Florida Army National Guard." The Exhibit will tour college campuses across the state and will appear on campus and at various sporting events during November. |
