LAKELAND, Fla. (Oct. 27, 2010) -- Live music, fitness classes, and wellness screenings are among the highlights of the "Barnett Fall-Out," an outdoor festival sponsored by the Community Living staff of FSC's Barnett Residential Life Center. The Fall-Out will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, in Lynns Garden on Lake Hollingsworth Drive at Ingraham Avenue.

The bands scheduled to perform are Love Cunningham, A View From the East Coast, and Brian Sutherland. Attendees also will be treated to short Zumba classes, Wii fitness activities, healthful snacks, and general health screenings conducted by FSC's Florida Nursing Students Association.

The event is free and open to the public. Participants are encouraged to bring a can of food to donate to Lighthouse Ministries' "See the Need, Help us Feed" initiative.
