FSC Students Ring in the Season with the 'Christmas Gala'

Florida Southern College will present the annual Christmas Gala on Saturday, December 4, at 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in Branscomb Auditorium on the FSC campus. Rita Staffing and Rita Technologies are the sponsors for this holiday concert.

The evening promises to be a memorable start to the holiday season with more than two dozen holiday and classical selections, including Noel Alsacian, Ave Maria, music from The Nutcracker, Sleigh Ride, Christmas Time Is Here, O Holy Night, traditional carols and the perennial Christmas classics Deck the Halls, Jingle Bells, and We Wish you A Merry Christmas, among others.

Classical and contemporary Christmas music will be performed by FSC soloists and ensembles including The Concert Chorale, The Symphony Band and Orchestra, The Jazz Ensemble, The Woodwind Choir, and Vocal and Instrumental Ensembles.

The Gala is presented by Florida Southern's Department of Music as part of the College's 51st Festival of Fine Arts Series.
