Florida Southern
College names 106 President's Scholars
LAKELAND, Fla. (Jan. 21,
2003) - One hundred six students at Florida Southern College have
been named President's Scholars for the 2002 fall semester. Students
named to the list must have earned a perfect 4.0 grade point average
as a full time student carrying at least 15 credit hours during
a semester.

Florida Southern is a four-year, private, co-educational liberal
arts college affiliated with the United Methodist Church. The college
offers more than 40 undergraduate majors and a master of business
administration degree accredited by the Commission on Colleges of
the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Located in Lakeland,
