FSC musicians present "Schubertiade"
in Festival II Program

LAKELAND, Fla. (March 9, 2004) - Florida Southern's Festival of Fine Arts presents pianists Robert MacDonald and Paula Parsché, mezzo soprano Diane Willis-Stahl, tenor Darrell Parsons, and violinist Arthur Pranno performing in Festival II, a program of chamber concerts. The performance takes place March 23 at 7:30 p.m. in the Anne MacGregor Jenkins Recital Hall on campus.

Diaries and letters from 19th century Vienna help the performers recreate a custom from Schubert's time, informal words-and-music evenings known as "Schubertiades."

Tickets are $12 at the door and $6 for non-FSC students. FSC students are admitted free of charge. For ticket information, please contact the Branscomb Auditorium box office at (863) 680-4296.
