Spirit of the Dance
performs
at Festival of Fine Arts
LAKELAND, Fla. (Jan. 5, 2004) - Spirit
of the Dance comes to Florida Southern's Festival of Fine Arts series
Jan. 19. The dance troupe performs in Branscomb Auditorium at 7:30
p.m.
Directly developed from the original Riverdance, this dance spectacular
is one of the most successful productions ever to come out of Ireland.
With colorful costumes and lighting, it extends from original Irish
numbers all the way to Latin flamenco and tango rhythms to become
an international dance experience. More than 20 million people have
seen their show since it began in 1996.
Tickets are $20. FSC students are admitted free of charge; non-FSC

About Florida Southern College
