cheerleading roster announced
LAKELAND, Fla. (Oct. 22, 2004) - Florida Southern College announced its 2004-2005 cheerleading roster. Tryouts were held earlier this month. In addition to home games, the squad will accompany teams during regional play.
The following students are members of the squad:
Captain - Rodobaldo "Roly" Gonzalez III, a senior majoring in communication: public relations, is the son of Rodobaldo Gonzalez and Sheila Gonzalez, of Buffalo, N.Y.
Jen Algren, a freshman, is majoring in psychology. She is the daughter of Gregory Algren of Port St. Lucie, Fla. and Laura Algren of Largo, Fla.
Ann Ciciolla is a freshman majoring in business administration: management. She is the daughter of Vincenzo and Diane Ciciolla of Pompano Beach, Fla.
Lauren DeSpain, a freshman, is majoring in communication: public relations. She is the daughter of Allen and Lynne DeSpain of Plant City, Fla.
Lauren Elmhorst is a sophomore majoring in sociology. She is the daughter of Frederick and Michelle Elmhorst of Lakeland, Fla.
Karen Farrow is a sophomore majoring in business administration: management. She is the daughter of Michael and Rosemary Farrow of Burlington, Mass.
Charles Hon, a junior, is majoring in criminology. He is the son of Dr. Charles and Corazon Hon of Wilton, Conn.
Kristin Houk, a junior, is majoring in elementary education. She is the daughter of Kenneth and Patrice Houk of Lakeland, Fla.
Jennifer Masterson is a senior majoring in sociology. She is the daughter of James and Barbara Masterson of Boca Raton, Fla.
Leslie Rodda is a senior majoring in sociology. She is the daughter of John and Becky Rodda of Lakeland, Fla.
Brandi Simpson is a freshman majoring in biology. She is the daughter of Charles and Vicki Simpson of Lakeland, Fla.
Parris Simpson is a junior majoring in communication: public relations. She is the daughter of Charles and Vicki Simpson of Lakeland, Fla.
Erin Lyn Smith, a senior biology major, is the daughter of Kenneth and Saralyn Smith of Lakeland, Fla.
Jessica Ward is a sophomore majoring in religion. She is the daughter of Wendy Foster of Valrico, Fla. and Tyler Ward.
