Become a Lifeguard

The American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Class is taught following the Spring Semester by the Director of Wellness.  This class is open to the FSC community as well as the general public.  Registration for the course begins in late April and the course is conducted in May.  Course fees include the course text, instruction and certification cards (if successfully completed).

This certification includes Lifeguard Training, First Aid (valid 3 years), and CPR for the Professional Rescuer and Automated External Defibrillation (valid 2 year).
