You are invited to become a member of the Spivey Society and join others who share Dr. Spivey’s indomitable belief in Florida Southern College.
As a Spivey Society member, you will receive periodic updates on campus developments, invitations to College events, and special recognition in the annual Partners in Excellence Honor Roll.
Most important, you will be making a positive difference in students’ lives while helping secure Florida Southern’s place among the nation’s premier private colleges.
Membership in the Spivey Society is extended to donors who contribute gifts of $1,000 or more to the Florida Southern College Annual Fund in the College’s fiscal year (June 1 to May 31). Corporations and businesses that contribute a leadership gift to the Annual Fund also will become members of the Corporate Council of the Spivey Society. Alumni who have yet to celebrate a 10th reunion, as well as faculty and staff of the College, become members at a discount of one-half the gift level amount.
Giving opportunities have been expanded to include unique programs like the Founders’ Circle, which commemorates Florida Southern’s founding year in 1885, and the Spivey Scholars Circle, which allows donors to experience personally the effect their scholarship support has on students’ lives. Donors will receive information about a deserving Florida Southern College scholarship recipient, a chance to meet the student, and a letter of thanks from that student.
You belong in this group of extraordinary alumni, community, business, and campus leaders who believe in the mission of Florida Southern College and whose support honors the leadership of a brilliant visionary. Please join the Spivey Society today by making a Member-level gift, or contribute at one of the esteemed Circle levels, which offer new traditions for consequential Spivey Society philanthropy.
