Crosby

My teaching philosophy is built predominantly on the Constructivism Learning Theory. I believe that learning is built by the learner on previous knowledge. Learning is therefore active. The learner is doing, perceiving, and reflecting on their new knowledge. I feel that my teaching goal is to guide learners to take ownership, use reasoning, and effectively interact within the learning environment.
