Where are you from?
What do you enjoy most about working in FSC’s Office of Admissions?
I enjoy being a liaison to students and parents through the college pursuit. Visiting with them on campus or even in their hometown is such a joy for me. Walking with students and seeing them develop from a high school student to a college freshman is a rewarding experience.
Do you have a favorite spot on campus?
The Hollis Wellness Center is our gym on campus and this is my favorite place to workout while viewing the gorgeous lake view. They also have a variety of classes to get you in the best shape.
Favorite thing to do in Lakeland on the weekends?
Lakeland is full of local color, it is very personable with local business around each corner. We have tons of local coffee shops, my favorite being Concord Coffee. Running around the 3 mile lake by the school or even waterskiing in the lake is always great on a sunny day. Attending the food truck rally downtown or going to First Fridays are always great ways to learn more about the town. Getting sushi at Spices is a great way to wrap up a fun weekend.
