Academic Records and Student Services

The Office of the Registrar serves as the home for student academic records and related services, including grading, degree audit, enrollment and degree verification, transcripts, class schedules, final exam scheduling, implementation of academic policies, records management, and awarding of transfer credits and degrees. Whether you need to register for classes, browse the academic calendar, transfer course credits, order transcripts, or prepare for graduation, we are here to help you.

Change Your Major

To change your major, minor, or advisor, submit the Major/Minor/Advisor Change Form. The majors below also require approval from the faculty member listed.

Academic Advising

Advising is an integral part of academic life at Florida Southern College. Upon arriving at Florida Southern, each student is assigned to an advisor, who serves as a mentor to help the student develop a plan for success.

Get Ready for Graduation

Florida Southern holds two commencement ceremonies each year, in the spring and in the fall. Summer and fall graduates take part in Fall Commencement. Commencement instructions are sent about two months before graduation.

Undergraduate students should book a Graduation Check with the Registrar's Office. Graduate and doctoral students do not need one.
