Perched above Lake Hollingsworth, Wesley and Nicholas Halls offer some of the best views on campus, with community kitchens and lounges.

At the center of the residential area, Dell offers double rooms with built-in furnishings and puts dining, the bookstore, and the pool right outside your door.

Known as JR, this all-female first-year hall is one of the four original buildings on campus, with archways, chandeliers, and a grand piano in the lobby.

A traditional residence hall that is co-ed by floor, Hollis offers double-occupancy rooms with community bathrooms. It sits on the east side of campus as part of a three-building complex with Miller and Dell.

Miller offers two-room suites pairing a single and a double room with a shared bathroom. It connects with Hollis and Dell to form a larger upperclass community on the east side of campus.

Publix Commons, also known on campus as Greek Village, is the hub of fraternity and sorority life at FSC. The three-building complex connects members within their own chapters and across the wider Greek community, offering both suite-style living and traditional rooms with community bathrooms. Chapters are assigned housing in dedicated blocks, and any student in their second year or beyond can live here, Greek-affiliated or not.

Enjoy more independence in one of our apartment communities. Each is within a short walk or ride of campus, and shuttle service runs between campus and the apartments Monday through Friday.
Garden consists of three-story buildings for upperclass students. Each unit offers four bedrooms, two full baths, an open kitchen and living area, and interior bicycle storage.

Your room comes fully furnished with a bedframe, mattress, desk and chair, dresser, and closet, so you won't have to haul furniture up the stairs. Unpack, make the bed, and you're home.
Every room includes a MicroFridge with a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave, plus a community kitchenette down the hall for late-night snacks and shared meals.
When tech trouble strikes, the Rinker Technology Center provides help, repairs, and support. Add in study lounges, computer labs, and the resources of the Roux Library, and everything you need to get your work done is close by.
Laundry is free in every community, no quarters, no cards, no app. Just bring your detergent.
Residence halls are swipe-card access only, so only residents get in, and Campus Safety is here 24 hours a day, every day of the year. You'll feel at home and secure.
