Leveraging tools you already (likely) own to develop business models
Did you know you are likely paying for analytical tools that you are not using effectively? At the Diocese of Southwest Florida, we were presented with a simple request to put together a way to track interactions with our churches. That has led to a year-long iterative process (multiple releases) where we have developed a congregational scorecard using tools we were already paying for but not leveraging. The congregational scorecard has been optimized for mobile devices and allows our Bishop to share insights using balanced scorecard principles. This presentation will share the journey for this development and will illustrate the congregational scorecard in its current form.
Additional speakers and topics will include:
- Travis Fisher and Steve Bonerigo, BDO – Data Snipper Demonstration
- Lance Schmidt, CLA Lakeland – Artificial Intelligence in Accounting
- Gabrielle Sumner, Raymond James – Allteryx Demonstration
- Lisl Unterholzner, Oscher Consulting – Discussion of Fraud Cases
