The two key components of excellence in learning are an inquisitive mind and adaptive instruction. These two working together can guide a student along the learning path, adjusting as needed, to ensure the retention of key concepts that build the foundation for understanding more complex disciplines. With every learning engagement, I learn more about instruction, mentorship and communication. This is why I believe teaching is a mutually beneficial activity providing value to both student and instructor.
